Terms & conditions

Rooms

Room requests are confirmed by email with a payment link once availability is checked. Cash payments in USD, EUR or PEN are accepted up to one day before check-out.

Tours

Full-day tours are confirmed upon online payment. Multi-day treks (Salkantay, Inca Trail) require availability confirmation before payment. Inca Trail permits are personal and non-transferable.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp. Conditions depend on each service and on third-party tickets (trains, Machu Picchu entrance), which are usually non-refundable.
