Day 1: Inca Trail – Cusco to Chachabamba, Machu Picchu, and Aguas Calientes Town

Your adventure begins with a transfer from your hotel in Cusco to the Ollantaytambo train station, traveling in our comfortable van (we recommend staying in Ollantaytambo the night prior for convenience). At 6:10 AM, board the train to Chachabamba (km104) and prepare for a breathtaking ride! Here, the crisp mountain air will greet you. Be sure to bundle up with a warm jacket, scarf, hat, and gloves, especially if visiting during the chilly early hours.
